Kinley I. Engvalson
Born in Long Beach, California, February 19, 1956; admitted to the Florida Bar 1981; admitted to U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Education: Edison Community College (A.A., 1976); Florida Atlantic University (B.A., 1978); University of Miami (J.D., 1981).
Public Defender's Office from 1982 to 1986. Legal practice has included Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Probate. Member and past President of the Lee County Bar Association; Member of the Florida Bar Association. Past Chair of the Lee County Bar Association's Law Related Education Committee and the Florida Bar's Professional Stress Committee. Legal Affairs Consultant on WBBH-TV Midday Report (1996).
Has served the community as a YMCA football coach, Little League coach, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lee County Chapter of the American Red Cross, past President of the George Town Homeowner's Association and past President of the Fort Myers Kiwanis Club. Currently President of Daniels Preserve's Home Owners Association and Member of the Board of Directors of the SW FL Christian Chamber of Commerce.
Claire W. Avery
Born in Brooklyn, New York; admitted to the Florida Bar 1990; admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Education: Cornell University (B.S.N., 1977); University of Miami (J.D., 1989).

Legal Practice has included Family Law, Adoptions, Probate, Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury. Member of the Lee County Bar Association; Member of the Florida Bar. Past Chair of the Florida Bar 20th Judicial Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee and served on the Florida Bar 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and Fee Arbitration Committee. Past President of the Southwest Florida Women Lawyers Association (1992-1993).
Has served the community as an Attorney Coach for the Mariner High School Mock Trial Team, Hancock American Little League Team Mom, and the North Fort Myers Soccer Club Team Mom.
Tobby R. Evans
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, 1978; admitted to the Florida and Alabama Bar; B.A from Kent State University, and M.B.A from University of Phoenix, and a J.D. from Capital Law School; Captain in the Air Force Reserves at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, Florida.
Prosecutor's Office from 2008 to 2009 as Law Clerk and Juvenile Prosecutor; Greenhouse Financial Firm from 2009 to 2010 as in-house Legal Counsel; Air Force Reserves: Deployed to Iraq in 2010 as Logistics Officer.
Tobby is a member of Next Level Church in Fort Myers, Florida. In his off-time, he is currently pursuing a Masters of Theology at Liberty Baptist University. Tobby is married to his wife Nicole and they look forward to having children in the very near future.
